Black Pit Cottage, Lee Bay

This project involved the conversion of an existing stone built outbuilding into a modern two bedroom holiday cottage. Black Pit Cottage is a beautifully refurbished old stone building in a spectacular position perched just above the beach at Lee Bay with direct views over the beach and out to sea, and adjacent to National Trust land. Internally, the property is finished to a high standard with under floor heating throughout. The modern open plan living area also has a wood burner for cosy evenings in. The property has two double bedrooms both with en-suites and sea views.

Crowcombe

This project comprises the construction of 5 new affordable houses for Falcon Rural Housing Association to provide affordable housing for local people in housing need. The properties are all built using traditional construction incorporating high energy efficiency and insulation.

Latitude 51, Westward Ho!

This seafront development comprises the construction of 4 ground floor commercial units and 12 two and three bedroom residential apartments.

Tarka Lane, Morthoe

This project comprised the construction of 21 new build holiday units on the site of an old railway and theme park in North Devon. These houses are all built using traditional masonry construction, 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, garage, garden, detached, modern fitted kitchens and bathrooms, tiles, carpets to bedrooms, oak floors and tile to other floors, low energy consumption with the aid of the latest insulation methods, sunny private gardens and lots of private parking space.

Newbrook House Teignmouth

The project involved a claim under a Building Warranty due to poor detailing and construction at the time the property was built. The work involved renewal of the flat roof coverings, parquet walls and internal decorations. The works were undertaken whilst the clients remained living in the property.

Siddalls Tiverton

The project involved the external inspection of a block of Council houses and flats. An issue in regard to the mortar stability had been found and a visual record and risk analysis of all affected properties was undertaken. This will enable a planned maintenance approach to all of the affected properties.
